Returns and refunds for online orders

Unless there is a problem with your order, we do not accept returns. Please check your items at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will correct it. please at  Contact our customer service team via proioio.info@gmail.com within three (3) days of receipt  .

Return policy description

--PROIOIO products are all custom-made furniture products, no refunds will be accepted

--If the product you purchased is listed as a "new product", we can only accept returns for the reasons listed in the "Returns and Refunds for Online Orders" section

--If you have purchased goods marked with "sample" as a condition, we do not accept returns.

--If the return is approved, the customer will receive a refund, and the refund will be returned to the original credit card used for payment.

--In case your goods are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival, please note that these conditions must be reported within 24 hours after receipt.

--Then, we will provide you with the following options: (A) replacement of defective parts or products, or (B) replacement of new products or other products of the same grade.

--Due to the clearing time required by the bank to process the refund, refunds made with a credit or debit card or through PayPal may not appear in your account immediately. Generally, this may take up to 7 working days, but it varies from bank to bank. If you have any questions, please contact your card issuer or bank directly.

Overseas consumers are mainly delivered by EMS Worldwide Express Mail Service. If there are special circumstances, they can choose to use other delivery methods (such as DHL or UPS). The shipping fee will be calculated separately, and consumers need to pay for it. .
After confirming the order, a special person will quote separately and notify by email.
 

The store will not be liable for compensation in the event of loss and any related incidents during the delivery of the EMS. (Consumers please self-assess)
If you need to add an EMS product service fee for EMS shipments, please inform the store in advance before payment. (If there is no notification, it will be deemed as a waiver of this right)
