    --PROIOIO products are all custom-made furniture products, no refunds will be accepted

    --If you have purchased goods marked with "sample" as a condition, we do not accept returns.

    --In case your goods are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival, please note that these conditions must be reported within 24 hours after receipt.

    --Due to the clearing time required by the bank to process the refund, refunds made with a credit or debit card or through PayPal may not appear in your account immediately.   • Shipping information

    Overseas consumers are mainly delivered by EMS Worldwide Express Mail Service. If there are special circumstances, they can choose to use other delivery methods (such as DHL or UPS). The shipping fee will be calculated separately, and consumers need to pay for it. .
    After confirming the order, a special person will quote separately and notify by email.
